Why do I need a Cinch Electronics Essentials Plan?

This plan protects your major electronics like flat panel TVs, laptops, tablets, printers and video game consoles, which are not usually covered by homeowners insurance. If one of these covered items breaks, you can get help with repairs.

What items are covered under this plan?

The Cinch Electronics Essentials plan covers your major electronics, including flat panel TVs, laptop computers, tablets, monitors, mouse and keyboards, wearable tech, external hard drives, external computer speakers, printers, audio headsets and headphones, video game consoles, controllers, accessories and more!

When does my electronics coverage begin?

Coverage will begin 31 days from the purchase date. There is a 30-day review period, with billing starting on day 31, so you can review your benefits and ensure the plan is right for you.

 

How do I file a claim?

When a covered device stops working, you can call us or log in to your online account. Our agents will provide you with a local service depot to bring your product for repair or replacement. For TVs larger than 50 inches, a qualified service professional will come to your home.

When will I receive my plan documents?

You will receive your plan documents within 7-10 days of purchasing this plan. They will outline any exclusions and limitations that apply, including caps per claim and system.
