The gift card offer requires enrollment in a qualifying Cinch Home Services plan. The gift card is redeemable once your plan remains enrolled and in good standing (not canceled, not past due) when your second monthly payment is received, at which point redemption instructions will be emailed to you. The gift card is not redeemable for cash. Limit one per household. Not available in all states.

The plans being offered are a service contract and are separate and distinct from any product or service warranty which may be provided by the home builder or manufacturer.

The Home Warranty Plan is offered by Cinch Home Services, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, the “Cinch Companies”). The Cinch Companies are not affiliates of or endorsed by Sam’s Club. Your contract is with one of the Cinch Companies, and the Cinch Companies are solely responsible for the performance of their obligations to you under that contract. Performance by the Cinch Companies is not guaranteed by Sam’s Club. Sam’s Club has no obligation or responsibility to you (the customer) to perform any responsibilities or obligations of the Cinch Companies under any Home Warranty Product.
